1. Is there a parking?

There are three main options for parking.

a) If you find a parking spot at Ariadnis Street or Bofor Street you are lucky and can leave your car for free! The other roads with the Blue Lines are dedicated for the residents.

b) Central Parking. It is less than 5 minutes walking distance from Domus Ariadne and the cost is 15 euros for 24 hours. Find their website below: https://centralparking.gr/

c) Heraklion Port Parking. It is about 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel but it costs only 3 euros per entrance and also Sunday’s is free. Find directions at the below link:

In any case we advise you firstly to leave your luggages at the hotel and then choose your option.

2. Do you offer Breakfast?

We have a collaboration with Crop Cafe. It is located 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel and it opens from 7 am. If you show the card you will receive during your check in you will receive a 10% discount for the foods. In addition you can call or you can tell us as to receive your breakfast at your room at your convenient time. Crop offers excellent quality of  coffee and  food with local products. 3. Can we rent a car through your hotel?

Yes we have collaboration with rental car stores and we can arrange to receive the car at the preferred location, date and time.

4. Can you arrange a taxi?

Yes, just inform us what time you need a taxi and in a couple of minutes it will wait for you outside the hotel.

5. Where can we take a Covid Test (PCR-Antigen)?

Closest is Affidea Medical Center only 3 minutes walking distance. For PCR you will need an appointment. You can tell us and we will arrange it. Check their website:

5. When is Archeological Museum and Knossos Palace open?

At Summer Season (April-October) they are open from 08.00 am till 20.00 pm.

If you plan to visit both it is better to buy the combined ticket so you can visit both and in different days and the price is really better.

In any case we suggest you to visit either early in the morning or late at evening to avoid long  queues.
